About Roe Developments
The family run company was established in Chesterfield in 2005 by our Managing Director, David Roe, who has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry.
Today, our turnover is in excess of £20m and we have over 30 directly employed staff including experienced tradesmen to ensure our high standards of quality are maintained. All site staff receive regular training and updates from our in-house Health & Safety officer with Health and Safety being one of our top priorities, sites are randomly inspected to monitor procedures and to ensure we maintain our exemplary health and safety record.
Our main strength lies in the specialised field of design and build. Within this process we look after every element of the development process and provide a single point of contact for our clients throughout. We prefer to be involved at an early stage allowing us to use our experience and expertise to provide design input in terms of cost, buildability and programme to ensure the clients requirements are met.
Our customer-focused service, combined with our significant development and construction experience, has earned us an enviable reputation for delivering high quality commercial buildings and sought-after private housing, with much of our work coming from the ultimate endorsement: word-of-mouth recommendations from our growing client base.
