Design & Build

Our main strength is in the specialised field of design and build. Within this process we look after every element of the development and provide a single point of contact for our clients.

When appointed on a design and build basis we are able to produce a realistic outline proposals that include costings, a programme of works and initial design concepts, usually delivered within 48 hours of an enquiry.

Subject to appointment, our initial proposals are developed and finalised to form the basis of our contractual obligations.

With our in-house design, surveying, and project management teams we oversee every stage of the design and build process, which ensures that every project is delivered on time and within budget.
